How many passengers and bags can travel?
Our single 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali accommodates up to six passengers and six suitcases. Confirm luggage size, oversized items and child seats before arranging your trip.
How far ahead should I request a ride?
Please request your ride at least two hours ahead. Same-day requests depend on availability; contact us to confirm before making travel plans.
Are rides available at night or on holidays?
Prearranged rides are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Reservation support operates on Eastern Time. Every trip is subject to confirmed availability.
Which airports do you serve?
We arrange transfers for MIA, FLL, PBI, OPF and TMB. Provide your flight number and preferred meeting arrangement when contacting us.
Can I request a child seat?
Child seats are available on request. Please confirm the number and type needed, along with passenger and luggage details, before the trip.
Can I book online?
Online booking is currently unavailable. Call or message us on WhatsApp to discuss your trip. A contact request does not confirm a reservation.
What are the rates and cancellation terms?
Contact us for pricing and the terms applicable to your itinerary. Confirm cancellation, waiting and no-show charges before accepting a reservation; charges may apply.
What about pets or accessibility needs?
Discuss pets, mobility requirements and any assistance needs with us before booking so we can confirm whether the vehicle and arrangements are suitable.
